Tuesday September 15, 2026 2026 MARKET ADMENDMENT ATTENTION HOBART VILLAGE BOARD I wanted to start with a huge thank you for supporting this community event, that has brought so many people together and supporting local. As our success has exceeded our expectation we are looking to continue it. Not only outside until the Wisconsin weather kicks in but also moving it inside every other Sunday to allow our vendors to continue making money though the winter months. We are looking to extend the outdoor market through November, with the understanding that we most likely will move inside the first sign of winter weather. A quick update on the market: We started with 5 vendors…. Yes 5 and now we are at the 40 mark! We are also looking at hosting a “Fall Festival” which will be the market with a few added family friendly activities. My family, Hannah Schultz will be donating 50 pumpkins for kids to carve and or just take home and leave the mess to us! As well as FREE professional family photos at a backdrop. Hobart D2 is a PROUD supporter of the community and would love to keep building what we have started. In less than 10 weeks we have built something from an idea that the community waits for, The Sunday Market. Thank you, Hannah Schultz Hobart D2 General Manager and Event Coordinator Page 1 of 2 MEMORANDUM TO: Village Board FROM: Aaron Kramer, Village Administrator RE: D2 Special Events Permit DATE: September 17th 2026 In addition to the amended application, D2 has provided a list of vendors and a map of the layout: 1.
