VILLAGE OF HOBART - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 6TH 2026 (6:00 PM) 2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155 The Hobart Village Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Tuesday October 6th 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office (2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155) for the purpose of gathering input on the following: To Consider the Rezoning of Parcel HB-501-1 (4941 N. Overland Road) from A -1: Agricultural District to PDD #1: Centennial Centre at Hobart District The materials for the hearing will be available on the Village website at www.hobartwi.gov/village-board and at the Village office for public inspection starting September 21st 2026 through October 6th 2026 during regular office hours. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Village Board will take comments from the public and act on the proposed item at the board meeting immediately following the public hearing.
