VILLAGE OF HOBART - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOVEMBER 4TH 2026 (6:00 PM) 2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155 The Hobart Village Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Wednesday November 4th 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office (2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155) for the purpose of gathering input on the following:  Ordinance 2026-17 (AN ORDINANCE REPEALIN G AND RECREATING SE CTION 149 (SINGLE- FAMILY TRANSITIONAL RESIDENTIAL (SFTR)) OF ARTICLE I (PDD #2: ORLANDO/PACKERLAND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT) OF CHAPTER 295 (ZONING)) - The purpose of this ordinance is to facilitate affordable housing by incorporating the construction of a single-family or two- family home with slightly smaller lot widths and area in the PDD #2 Zoning District.  Ordinance 2026-18 (AN ORDINANCE REPEALIN G AND RECREATING SECTION 119 (LEGAL DESCRIPION) AND SECTION 125 (SINGLE-FAMILY AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SFR)) OF ARTICLE XIII (PDD #1: CENTENNIAL CENTRE AT HOBART DISTRICT) OF CHAPTER 295 (ZONING)) - The purpose of this ordinance is to facilitate affordable housing by incorporating the construction of a single-family or two-family home with slightly smaller lot widths and area in the PDD #1 Zoning District and to amend the legal description of the District to reflect recent rezoning approvals. The materials for the hearing will be available on the Village website at www.hobartwi.gov/village-board and at the Village office for public inspection starting October 12th 2026 through November 4th 2026 during regular office hours. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Village Board will take comments from the public and act on the proposed item at the board meeting immediately following the public hearing.
