VILLAGE OF HOBART - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOVEMBER 4TH 2026 (6:00 PM) 2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155 The Hobart Village Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Wednesday November 4th 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office (2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155) for the purpose of gathering input on the following:  To Consider a Conditional Use Permit for incr ease in square footage and location of accessory building (HB-3247, 3764 North Overland Road)  To Consider a Conditional Use Permit to Operate a Commercial Use from this Location in A-1: Agricultural District (HB-368, 1492 South Overland Road) The materials for the hearing will be available on the Village website at www.hobartwi.gov/village-board and at the Village office for public inspection starting October 12th 2026 through November 4th 2026 during regular office hours. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Village Board will take comments from the public and act on the proposed item at the board meeting immediately following the public hearing.
