VILLAGE OF HOBART - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 6TH 2026 (6:00 PM) 2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155 The Hobart Village Board will hold the following Public Hearings on Tuesday October 6th 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Office (2990 South Pine Tree Road, Hobart WI 54155) for the purpose of gathering input on the following: To Consider the Rezoning of Parcel HB-501-1 (4941 N. Overland Rd., is requesting to rezone this 10.19 acre parcel from A-1: Agricultural District to PDD #1: Centennial Centre at Hobart District. Village Staff would support this rezoning request conditional that section 295-119 of the Village Zoning Code be amended to include this parcel within the Legal Description of section 295-119. RECOMMENDATION/CONDITIONS Staff recommends conditional approval to rezone parcel HB-501-1, located at 4941 N.
