Location: Tim Carpenter Memorial Nature Preserve (620 Centerline Drive) Village Board of Trustees: Richard Heidel (President), David Dillenburg, Vanya Koepke, Tammy Zittlow, Melissa Tanke ROUTINE ITEMS TO BE ACTED UPON: 1. Call to order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Rich Heidel at 5:06 pm. Dave Dillenburg, Vanya Koepke, Melissa T anke, and Rich Heidel were present. Excused: Tammy Zittlow. 2. Certification of the open meeting law agenda requirements a nd approval of the agenda - ACTION: To certify the open meeting l aw agenda requirements and approve the agenda. MOTION: Heidel SECOND: Dillenburg. VOICE VOTE: 4-0. 3. Pledge of Allegiance - Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. DEDICATION – Tim Carpenter Memorial Nature Preserve President Heidel dedicated the Tim Carpenter Memorial Nature Preserve. President Heidel Proclaimed the week of May 4- May 10, 2025 as Professional Municipal Clerks week. 5. DISCUSSION AND ACTION – Motion to Adjourn the Meeting and Reconvene at 6:00 PM at the Village Office. ACTION: To adjourn at 5:21 pm and to reschedule the regular Vill age Board Meeting from May 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm to May 12, 2025 a t 6:00 pm at the Hobart Village Office, 2990 S Pine Tree Rd, due to a power outage at the village office.
