Board of Review Agenda Meeting Thursday, September 10, 2026 10 a.m. (in session for a minimum of two hours) Town of Scott Town Hall - 2621 Jody Dr., New Franken, WI 54229 Special Accommodations: Any person wishing to attend who requires special accommodations should contact the Town Clerk at 406-9380 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that arrangements can be made. Notice of Possible Quorum: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governing bodies of the Town may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice. An updated agenda may be posted 24 hours before meeting time The Board of the Town of Scott, Brown County, Wisconsin hereby provides its written notice and agenda of the Public Meeting of the Board of Review of the Town of Scott for Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place at Town Hall, 2621 Jody Drive, New Franken, WI. AGENDA: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Verification of Public Notice 4. Approval of the Agenda 5. Approval of the minutes from August 6, 2026, Board of Review Meeting. 6. Assessor’s Report 7. Receipt of the assessment roll by the Clerk from the Assessor. 8. Receive the assessment roll and sworn statements from the Clerk. 9. Review of Assessment Roll A. Examine the Roll B. Correct description or calculation errors C. Add omitted property D. Eliminate double-assessed property 10. Discuss/Action certify corrections of error under state law, Wis. Stat. section 70.43 11. Discussion/Action: Verify with the Assessor that open-book changes are included in the assessment roll. 12. Consideration of waiver requests. 13. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection. 14. Requests for waiver of Board of Review hearing, allowing the property owner to appeal directly to circuit court. A. (None) OBJECTION HEARINGS: There will be BOR deliberations and a roll call vote on each objection heard. Upon roll call vote, Clerk will provide notice of BOR Determination form to objectors who are present/and or be directed to provide notices via certified mail. 15.
