Adjournment RESOLUTION OF TOWN TO AMEND THE 2026 BUDGET Town of Scott, Brown County Resolution No. 2026-06 A resolution changing the 2026 budget of the Town of Scott, Brown County, Wisconsin, adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the Town board under Wis. Stat. § 65.90(5). WHEREAS, year-to-date, the account Transfers out -general fund account was budgeted for $12,000 and has $0 anticipated expenses, AND WHEREAS, year to date, the account Transfer Out Tax Equivalent has $12,000 in expenses and was budgeted for $0 in 2026, AND WHEREAS, the SMU Commission considered this amendment at its May 11, 2026 meeting and adopted Resolution No. SMU2026-01 in support of the amendment;” THEREFORE, the town board of the Town of Scott, Brown County does hereby resolve and order as follows: That the sum of $ 12,000.00 is hereby t ransferred from the Transfers out-general Fund Expense Account (610-00-59100-000-000) to the Transfer Out Tax Equivalent Expense Account (610-00-59100-001-000). The design attached to this Resolution as “Exhibit A” is hereby adopted as the official seal of the Town of Scott. 2. The Town Clerk is authorized to maintain and reproduce the official seal for lawful Town purposes. 3.
