Call the Board of Review (BOR) to order & Meeting Recording Announcement at 5:02 p.m. 2. Roll Call. Present were: Town Chairman Mike Van Lanen, Town Supervisor Kurt Baenen, Town Supervisor Norman Strebel, Town Supervisor Debbie VandenLangenberg, Town Supervisor Gene Wojcik. Assessors Sally Brunner, Scott Alvey and Nichole Tesch, Clerk/Treasurer Jaime Fuge, Administrator Dave Cerny 3. Confirmation of appropriate BOR and Open Meeting notices. Fuge stated the BOR meeting was noticed on April 1, 2026. The notice and affidavit were in the agenda packet provided. 4. Select a chairperson for BOR. Mike Van Lanen was selected as chairperson for BOR. Moved by Strebel , seconded by Baenen to select Mike Van Lanen as chairperson of BOR. Vote: Aye-5. No-0. Motion Carried. 5. Select a BOR Vice-Chairperson. Van Lanen Selected Norman Strebel was selected as Vice-chairperson for BOR. Moved by Van Lanen, seconded by Wojcik to approve select Norman Strebel as chairperson of BOR. Vote: Aye-5. No-0. Motion Carried. 6. Approve the minutes from the May 15, 2025, Board of Review meeting. Moved by Baenen, seconded by Wojcik to approve the minutes from the May 15, 2025, Board of Review meeting. Vote: Aye-5. No-0. Motion Carried. 7. Verify that at least one BOR member has met the mandatory training requirements. Fuge stated Mike Van Lanen, Norman Strebel, and Gene Wojcik took the mandatory training on January 30, 2026. No action was taken on this item. 8. Verify that the Town has an ordinance for confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the Assessor under state law (Wis. Stat. §70.47(7)(af)). Fuge said the ordinance was included in the agenda packet and the Town has an ordinance for confidentiality of income and expense information. No action was taken on this item. No action was taken on this item. 10. Act on scheduling additional BOR Date(s). Brunner requested the Board of Review reconvene until Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The Town needs a revaluation this year to stay in compliance with state laws. Moved by Van Lanen, seconded by Wojcik to set August 6, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. as the next date for the Board of Review Meeting. Vote: Aye-5. No-0. Motion Carried. 11. Adjourn to Date Certain.
