Town Board Special Meeting (Budget) Agenda October 21, 2025 (to begin immediately following the 2026 Budget Public Hearing and Special Meeting of the Electors, which starts at 4:30 p.m.) Town of Scott Town Hall - 2621 Jody Dr., New Franken, WI 54229. Special Accommodations: Any person wishing to attend who requires special accommodations should contact the Town Clerk at 406-9380 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that arrangements can be made. Notice of Possible Quorum: It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governing bodies of the Town may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice. An updated agenda may be posted 24 hours before meeting time The Board of the Town of Scott, Brown County, Wisconsin hereby provides its written notice and agenda of the Public Meeting of the Town Board Budget Meeting of the Town of Scott for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, which will begin immediately following the 2026 Budget Public Hearing and Special Meeting of the Electors, which starts at 4:30 P.M. The meeting will take place at Town Hall, 2621 Jody Drive, New Franken, WI. The Town Chairman or designee has provided communication of this public meeting to the requisite news media and official town newspaper. The public may provide comments to the Town Board if a period for public comment is noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the presiding officer. 1. Call To Order/Roll Call 2. Approval of the Storm Water Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU) charge for the 2025 Tax bill payable in 2025 for the 2026 Storm Water Budget (no change from 2024) B. Read into the record the 2026 SMU Water rates and the 2026 Sewer rates. C. Read into the record the 2026 SMU Budget. D. Approval of the 2026 Town Budget E. Resolution 2025-10-02 Town Board Compensation Schedule 2026 F. Closed Session under WI Stats. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility G.
