CLERK/TREASURER’S OFFICE RECOMMENDATION COMMITTEE MEETING    City of Kaukauna   Council Chambers   Municipal Services Building  144 W. Second Street, Kaukauna    Monday, February 11, 2019, at 2:00 P.M.    1.  MEETING SCHEDULE (times are approximate):  2:00 p.m. – Open meeting by Chairman, Mayor Tony Penterman.      2:05‐3:00 p.m. – City of Neenah – Jim Godlewski, City Attorney and Michael Easker, Director of  Finance    3:05‐4:00 p.m. – City of Manitowoc – Steve Corbeille, Finance Director/Treasurer and Mackenzie  Reed‐Kadow, Deputy City Clerk (via phone).  2.  Committee Discussion.  3.  Adjournment.        N O T I C E  A quorum of the Kaukauna Common Council may be present at this meeting.  In the event of such  quorum, this constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex. Rel. Badke v. Greendale  Village Bd., 173 Wis.2d  553, 494 N. W.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Council  will not take any formal action at this meeting.     THIS MEETING FACILITY IS BARRIER FREE.  IF INTERESTED THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING, A SIGN  LANGUAGE INTERPRETER WILL BE MADE AVIALBLE AT NO CHARGE.
