Notice of Intent to Circulate Petition – Annexation

Notice This notice is hereby given to inform you that a petition for direct annexation by one-half approval to the City of Kaukauna is to be circulated in the area described on the attached publication . Said publication was published in the official city newspaper on July 12 th , 2023. The circulation of the petition will commence not less than ten (10) days from the publication date, and finish 20 days from the publication date. A copy of the scale map of the proposed annexation property may be inspected in the office of the City Clerk for the City of Kaukauna, 144 W 2 nd Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin 54130 AND the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Vandenbroek, W2030 County Rd JJ, Kaukauna, WI 54130.
