Public Information Presentation by the Kaukauna Area School District on the proposed access to the new Kaukauna Middle School on State Trunk HWY 55. 2. NOTICES Notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council will be present at the meeting of the Public Information Meeting hosted by the City of Kaukauna and Kaukauna Area School District scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 7-8 PM, to gather information about a subject over which they have decision making responsibility. This gathering may constitute a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis.2d 553 (1993). Accordingly, this meeting is being noticed to ensure compliance with Open Meetings Law. No formal action will be taken by the Council at this meeting. IF REQUESTED THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING, A SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE.
