CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL, VERIFY PUBLIC NOTICE & APPROVAL OF AGENDA PRESENT: Kip Zilisch, Tom Becher, Tom Reimer, Jim Cotter Motion by Tom Becher, second by Tom Reimer to approve the agenda. Motion carried 4-0. 3. NEW BUSINESS: Air Wisconsin, Outagamie County Location: N760 Endeavour Rd. Parcels: 110091700 i. Public Hearing for a variance to Section 320-56 B (1) to allow signage to exceed 400 sq ft. maximum. The public hearing was called to order at 4:30 p.m. A representative from Omni Associates and Air Wisconsin were present to answer any questions regarding the request. They are looking to increase the square footage of the signage because the signage is utilized as a way finder at the airport and for consistency. Motion to close the public hearing by Tom Reimer, second by Jim Cotter to close the public hearing at 4:33 p.m. Motion carried. ii. Consider/Discuss/Act for a variance to Section 320-320-56 B (1) to allow signage to exceed 400 sq. ft. maximum. The members do not see issues with the variance due to the nature of the request. Tom Becher added it fits the location and what they want to achieve. Motion by Jim Cotter, second by Tom Reimer to approve the variance. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. 4.
