Public Hearing: requests for work in the town right of way by Midwest Fiber Networks, LLC to install duct pack containing fiber optic cable and tie into existing handhole on Mansfield Rd. and TDS Telecom to install aerial and buried fiber along Wollin Rd & Gomoll Rd. b. Review the Application & Permit for Excavation and/or Performance of Work Within Public Right-Of-Way submitted by Midwest Fiber Networks LLC and TDS Telecom. c. Discussion from LMFD Chief Russ & Cody Letson, Ryan Bros. regarding recent activity/safety concerns at the Aztalan Cycle Club racetrack. d. Approve the insurance package containing Glatfelter Public Entities, Commercial Package; Beazley Insurance Co, Cyber Liability; BITCO Insurance Companies, Workman’s Compensation e. Approve the 2027 Humane Society of Jefferson County Contract f. Appoint Melissa Henderson as Election Inspector to the remaining 2026-2027 election cycle. g. It is possible that a quorum of members of the Town of Aztalan Plan Commission may be present at the above-mentioned meeting serving as residents of the Town of Aztalan; no action will be taken by the Plan Commission.
