Jefferson County Supervisor or Sheriff’s Dept. Updates 8. Announcements and Meeting Updates - Town Board members will be given the opportunity to make announcements in regards to activities taken since the previous meeting on behalf of the community, future activities, and citizen contacts. It is not contemplated that these matters will be discussed or acted on but referrals to the appropriate authorized personnel will be made. 9. Public Comments on Agenda Items Only - limited to 3 minutes per person on agenda items only, with time extensions per the Chief presiding officer’s discretion, per person; after the public comments are completed, there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments. 10. Review Sealed Bid Request for shop roof replacement g. Open an account with Jefferson County Hwy Dept for large truck wash facility; $10/vehicle/wash h. Training Opportunities i. Jefferson County Hwy Dept safety training, April 8, $50/person Topics: CDL updates, MSHA refresher, OSHA general construction updates ii. WTA - Spring Road School - $199/elected official; $125/guest (April 1 deadline; $299/$225 respectively after April 1) i. Purchase a roadside sprayer j. Approve funds for road maintenance: i. crack filling ii. ditching iii. retrieving shoulders iv. tree removal/trimming k. Riess Rd and Haumschild Ln maintenance l. Discuss Spring Road Tour 11.
