Town Board Meeting Minutes - November 30, 2023

TOWN OF AZTALAN SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 30, 2023 1. Call Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance: Chair Chwala called the board meeting to order at 6:11pm. Present: Chair Jeremy Chwala, Supervisor Larry Christianson, Supervisor Megan Dunneisen Also present: Treasurer Teresa Keeser, and Clerk Kathleen Pitzner. This meeting was held at Aztalan Town Hall located at W6260 County Rd B, Jefferson WI 53549. 2. Discussion and possible action to adopt the 2024 Town of Aztalan Budget - Supervisor Dunneisen moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to adopt the 2024 Town of Aztalan Budget. Motion carried. 3. Adjournment - Chair Chwala moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to adjourn the November 30, 2023 Sp. Town Board Meeting at 6:13pm. Motion carried. Note: Proof of Posting and Notice - during the Sp. Town Meeting of Electors (held immediately prior to this meeting), Clerk Pitzner stated that the notice for the Budget Public Hearing, Special Town Meeting of Electors, and Special Town Board Meeting was posted on November 15, 2023 to the town website and the three posting boxes located in Aztalan and also published in the Daily Jefferson County Union on November 17, 2023.
