2. ProofofPostingandNotice:ClerkPitznerstatedthattheagendawaspostedtotheTownwebsiteandthethreepostingboxeslocatedattheAztalanTownHall;AnnStreet,LakeMills;andRiverHillDr,JohnsonCreekonAug.18,2023.

Uponmotiondulymade,secondedandadoptedbyrollcallvote,theTownBoardwillconveneintoclosedsessionpursuanttoWisconsinStatutesSection19.85(1)(c),forconsideringemployment,promotion,compensationorperformanceevaluationdataofanypublicemployeeoverwhichthegovernmentalbodyhasjurisdictionorexercisesresponsibility,specificallyconcerningthesecondinterviewforTownMaintenanceWorkerChairChwalamoved,SupervisorChristiansonsecondedthemotiontoenterintoclosedsession.RollCall:JeremyChwala-Yes,LarryChristianson-Yes.Motioncarried.
