TOWN OF AZTALANTOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTESNovember 16, 2022 1. Call Meeting to Order:Chairperson Chwala called theboard meeting to order at 5:32pm.Present: Chairperson Jeremy Chwala, Supervisor Larry Christianson, Supervisor John DrakeAlso present: Treasurer Karen Mundt, and Clerk Kathleen Pitzner.This meeting was held at Aztalan Town Hall located at W6260 County Rd B, Jefferson WI 53549. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Proof of Posting and Notice:Clerk Pitzner stated that on November 15, 2022 the agenda was posted to the Town of Aztalan websiteand the three posting boxes located at the Aztalan Town Hall; Ann Street, Lake Mills; and River Hill Dr,Johnson Creek. 4. Public Comment on agenda items only (limited to 3 minutes per person) 5. Business -business items are matters of discussionand possible actiona. Approve up to an additional $8800 towards purchase of a town vehicle including title &registration -Supervisor Christianson moved, SupervisorDrake seconded the motion to approvean additional $8800 toward the purchase of a town vehicle including title and registration.Motion carried. b. Amending the 2022 Town of Aztalan Budget to move $8800.00 from the earmarked EquipmentPurchases account (12000.2) to a new revenue fund allocated for equipment purchases. -Supervisor Drake moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to move the $8800 fromearmarked Equipment PUrchases account to the 55003 revenue fund allocated for EquipmentPurchases. Motion carried. 6. AdjournmentSupervisor Drake moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion moved to adjourn the November16, 2022 meeting at 5:41pm. Motion carried.
