TOWN OF AZTALANTOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTESNOVEMBER 09, 2022 1. Call Meeting to Order:Chairperson Chwala called theboard meeting to order at 7:00 pm.Present: Chairperson Jeremy Chwala, Supervisor Larry Christianson, Supervisor John DrakeAlso present: Treasurer Karen Mundt, and Clerk Kathleen Pitzner.This meeting was held at Aztalan Town Hall located at W6260 County Rd B, Jefferson WI 53549. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Proof of Posting and Notice:Clerk Pitzner stated that on November 7, 2022 the agenda was posted to the Town of Aztalan websiteand the three posting boxes located at the Aztalan Town Hall; Ann Street, Lake Mills; and River Hill Dr,Johnson Creek. 4. Approval of Minutes - October 12 & October 25, 2022Supervisor Drake moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to approve the October 12 &October 25, 2022 minutes as written. Motion carried. 5. Treasurer’s Report - Approve October 2022 Financial Report -Supervisor Drake moved, SupervisorChristianson seconded the motion to approve the October 2022 Financial Report as written. Motion carried.6. Plan Commission Report - none7. Jefferson County Report - none8. LM EMS Report - Tom Murphy updated9. Motion carried.e. 2023 Budget items - Treasurer Mundt made some recommendations and update; adjustedJohnson Creek Fire Protection expense based on actual amount received from Johnson Creekf. Set Town of Aztalan tax collection dates - Dec. 28, 2022. 3-7pm & Jan. 28, 2023, 8am - 12pmg. Send a Town letter with the residents’ tax bill mailing 12.Possible Future Agenda Items - town truck, employee interviews 13.Payment of Bills -Chair Chwala moved, SupervisorChristiansonseconded the motion to pay bills.
