TOWN OF AZTALAN TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES JULY 18, 2022 1. Call Meeting to Order:Chairperson Chwala called theboard meeting to order at 6:02pm.Present: Chairperson Jeremy Chwala, Supervisor John DrakeAlso present: Clerk Kathleen PitznerAbsent: Treasurer Karen MundtThis meeting was held at Aztalan Town Hall located at W6260 County Rd B, Jefferson WI 53549.Chairman Chwala motioned, Supervisor Drake seconded the motion to suspend the rules toallow a Board member to participate by phone for tonight only. Motion carriedSupervisor Larry Christianson (via phone); approved by Board members and Town residents inattendance 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Proof of Posting and Notice:This agenda was posted to the Town of Aztalan website and the three posting boxes located atthe Aztalan Town Hall; Ann Street, Lake Mill;, and River Hill Dr, Johnson Creek. 4. Public Comment on agenda items only (limited to 3 minutes per person) 5. Businessa. Discussion and possible action on additional funds needed for the Jefferson CountyHighway Dept. to complete the ditching project.Supervisor Drake motioned, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to add $2000to the County ditching project. Motion carried. b. Discussion and possible action on Fire and EMS contractsSupervisor Drake moved, Supervisor Christianson seconded the motion to stay withJohnson Creek through 2023By Roll Call vote: Jeremy Chwala - Yes, John Drake - Yes, Larry Christianson - Yes 6. Motion to Adjourn:Supervisor Drake moved, Chairman Chwala seconded the motion to adjourn the July 18, 2022meeting at 7:02pm. Motion carried.
