AZTALAN TOWN PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTESAPRIL 11, 2022 1. Call meeting to order:Chairperson Nicole Miller calledthe meeting to order at 7:04pm.Also Present: Merlin Lange, Kathleen Pitzner, Klaas van Zanten, Erik Huth.The meeting was held at Aztalan Town Hall located at W6260 CTH B, Jefferson WI 53549. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Proof of Posting and NoticeThe agenda was posted on the Town of Aztalan website and in the posting boxes locatedat the Aztalan Town Hall, Ann Street, Lake Mills, and River Hill Dr, Johnson Creek. 4. Approval of Minutes - December 13, 2021 -Merlin Langemoved, Klaas van Zanten seconded themotion to approve the December 13, 2021 minutes. Motion carried. 5. Public comments on agenda items(limited to 3 minutesper person) 6. Businessa. Discussion and possible action on the request by Paul Oliver for a conditional use toallow for a conditional home occupation for a construction business in an A-1 zone atN6065 Jefferson Rd, PIN 002-0714-2412-000.Chair Miller moved, Erik Huth seconded the motion to recommend approval of PaulOliver Conditional Use Permit Application to the Aztalan Town Board b. Discussion on a Planning Commission Spec Sheet to be available to the Town of Aztalanresidents at the Jefferson County Zoning Office.Kathy Pitzner to draft document to be placed at the Jefferson County Zoning Dept with acopy Aztalan Ordinance 2-2008 Plan Commission Application Fees c. Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Aztalan Town Board that theDriveway Application Ordinance be repealed and replaced with a revised DrivewayApplication.Chair Miller moved, Erik Huth seconded the motion to recommend that the Aztalan TownBoard repeal the Driveway Application Ordinance and replace it with a revised DrivewayApplication. Motion carried d. Discussion on an updated/revised driveway application to submit to the Aztalan TownBoard -revisions suggested; Kathy Pitzner to updateexisting document 7.
