Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2024-105 Mark Drive Reconstruction Phase 1 Change Order #2 Moved by Alder Weiss and seconded Alder Hernandez to approve Project 2024-105 Mark Drive Reconstruction Phase 1 Change Order #2 James Peterson and Sons Inc. for a sum not to exceed $8,639.62. Motion passed 3-0. 6. Discussion and Possible Action: Verona Stormwater Utility Credit Application Moved by Alder Tucker Long and seconded by Alder Weiss to adopt and implement the City of Verona Stormwater Utility Credit Application Form. Motion passed 3-0. Moved by Alder Tucker Long and seconded by Alder Weiss to amend Item 6 to recommend approval of the Verona Stormwater Utility Credit Application to the Common Council. The work and pay application were inspected, verified, and reviewed by staff. Item (6) Discussion and Possible Action: Project 2026-105 N Marietta St and N Shuman St Reconstruction - Plympton/Shuman Intersection design alternatives.
