Plan Commission members should advise the interested parties that Commission members will not discuss development matters outside of a Planning Commission meeting. The inquiring parties should be referred to the Village Administrator and/or Director of Community Development for further direction. In special circumstances, the Plan Commission has determined that it may be beneficial for the Plan Commission Chair and Vice-Chair to meet with interested parties who may have matters in front of the Plan Commission. These meetings will occur at Village Hall with Village staff present and meeting notes will be taken. In most cases the parties requesting these meetings should be referred to the Village staff for assistance.
