Page 1 of 2 MEETING MINUTES 1) Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. 2) Roll Call. Present: Michelle Marx (Chair), Desere Mayo, Marilea Groves, Randy Glysch Tom Kirchdoerfer (Village Board Representative). Absent: Derek Benoist 3) Approval of May meeting minutes. Unanimously approved. Public Appearances, Comments, and Communications (items are for discussion and / or possible action). There were none. 4) New Business. Review donations to date for the current calendar year. And 2026 Public Art Fair general planning updates. 1. T-shirts and tote bags are done and ready to be printed this week and to be picked up. These will be sold at Firefly and at the Art Fair. 2. The updated Sculpture Map just needs final review/approval by Randy then Tara/Tingalls. Once approved it will get it added to website and Randy will have Thysee print it so we have copies at Art Fair 3. Facebook page has finally been created for Oregon Art Fair, and 2026 Art Fair event has been created with all the artists’photos. -Adam Milbrath was the designer and he sent invoice for $700. Michelle sent it off to Lisa to get paid 4. Art Fair posters have been distributed widely across town and other towns 5. We have 1 more food vendor Sugar Face Donuts who will now be at the Art Fair 6. Randy has submitted ads for Destination Madison, Magic 98’ Oregon Observer. I have ads out for Fitchburg and Verona, both digital and paper 3 Page 2 of 2 7. Porta Potty is in place already 8. Committee agreed to give Derek a donation to buy a video projector, once he talks to Village and/or Parks Department about having movie nights at Waterman Park. Not family movies but more older movies. To be determined based on the cost of the projector. He already has a screen. 5) Old Business. 6) Future agenda items and/or member assignments. Assign projects to members for Friday and Saturday at the Art Fair, so everybody knows what they are doing. 7) Future Meeting Date.
