9/23/26 Finance/Personnel Committee Page 1 VILLAGE OF MOUNT HOREB FINANCE/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MINUTES SEPTEMBER 23, 2026 The Finance/Personnel Committee met in special session in-person on the above date. Call to Order/Roll Call: Chair Jones called the meeting to order at 5:00pm. Present were Committee members Healy and Kelley. Best was absent and Hook arrived later in the meeting. Also present were Administrator Altenbernd, Treasurer/Finance Director Schwenn, and Village Clerk Gaffney. Public Participation: None Consent Agenda: None Presentations: None Chair’s Report: Jones stated they would be reviewing the budget during this meeting. Staff Reports: None Budget Workshop #1: Initial Capital Improvement Plan: Altenbernd presented an overview of the Capital Improvement Plan. The committee discussed. Department Heads were present to field questions from the committee. Committee member Hook arrived during this item, at 5:18pm. Review Upcoming Meeting Dates and Times: The committee discussed the upcoming meeting dates and times. Meeting Adjournment: There being no further business before the Committee, Healy moved, Kelley seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:24pm. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
