Main Street, Mount Horeb, WI. Citizen Member Ed Glover called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. a. Roll Call Present were Board Trustees Time White, and Michelle Kelley, Commission members Ed Glover, Teri Vierima, and Mike McNall. Commission members Jack Temby and Ken Scott were absent. Also present were Village Administrator Gabe Altenbernd and Finance Director/Treasurer Denise Schwenn. 2) Public Comments on Non-Agenda Items* 3) Consent Agenda McNall moved, White seconded a motion to approve the meeting minutes of July 14, 2026. Vierima abstained from vote, due to absence from said meeting. Motion carried. a. Consideration of July 14, 2026 Meeting Minutes 4) Agenda Items a.
