Main Street, Mount Horeb, WI. Commission President Temby called the meeting to order at 5:30pm. a. Roll Call Present were Board Trustees Time White, and Michelle Kelley, Commission members Jack Temby, Ed Glover, and Mike McNall. Commission members Teri Vierima and Ken Scott were absent. Also present were Village Administrator Gabe Altenbernd and Finance Director/Treasurer Denise Schwenn. 2) Public Comments on Non-Agenda Items* 3) Consent Agenda Glover moved, McNall seconded a motion to approve the meeting minutes of June 9, 2026. Introduction of Village Administrator, Gabe Altenbernd New Village Administrator Gabe Altenbernd was introduced and provided a brief background about himself. b. Consider Bank Account Information & Check Registers for June 2026 McNall moved, White seconded a motion to approve the bank account information and check registers for June 2026. Motion carried. c. Electric Superintendent Report Electric Superintendent Jordan Schmitz reviewed the department report for June 2026. d. Water Superintendent Report Water Superintendent Brian Schult reviewed the department report for June 2026.
