Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility in re: Department Head Annual Evaluation. 4. Reconvene to Open Session and Act on Items from Closed Session if necessary and appropriate, and continue with additional items if necessary. 5. Adjourn meeting.
