CITY OF GREENFIELD 7325 West Forest Home Avenue Greenfield, Wisconsin 53220 NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Greenfield will hold a public hearing in the Common Council Chambers at the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue, Greenfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, upon the following proposal: Ordinance to amend the official Greenfield Zoning Map by rezoning the properties located at 4630 and 4640 S. 84th St. from R-2 Single-Family Residential Conservation District to C-2 Community Commercial District. (Tax Key Nos. 605-0163-000 & 605-0164-000) A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Department of Neighborhood Services, Community Development Division, Room 203 of the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue. You may express your opinion in writing to the City Clerk at hearings@greenfieldwi.us prior to the meeting or orally at such hearing.
