CITY OF GREENFIELD 7325 West Forest Home Avenue Greenfield, Wisconsin 53220 NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Greenfield will hold a public hearing in the Common Council Chambers at the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue, Greenfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, upon the following proposal: Ordinance to amend the official Greenfield Zoning Map by rezoning the property located at 4111 S. 108th St. from C-4 Regional Business District and a property located between S. 112th St. and S. 108th St. on the north side of W. Cold Spring Rd. from R-2 Single-Family Residential Conservation District to Planned Unit Development-Mixed Use District (Tax Key Nos. 566-9958-002 and 566-9958-003) A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Department of Neighborhood Services, Community Development Division, Room 203 of the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue. You may express your opinion in writing to the City Clerk at hearings@greenfieldwi.us prior to the meeting or orally at such hearing.
