CITY OF GREENFIELD 7325 West Forest Home Avenue Greenfield, Wisconsin 53220 NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Greenfield will hold a public hearing in the Common Council Chambers at the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue, Greenfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, upon the following proposal: Ordinance to adopt a Land Use Map amendment to the 2020 City of Greenfield Comprehensive Plan for the property located at 4111 S. 108th St. from Planned Business and a property located between S. 112th St. and S. 108th St. on the north side of W. Cold Spring Rd. from Public Parks & Open Spaces to Planned Mixed Use, submitted by Steven Wolf, d/b/a Victory of Lamb LLC (Tax Key Nos. 566-9958-002 and 566-9958-003) A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Department of Neighborhood Services, Community Development Division, Room 203 of the Greenfield City Hall, 7325 W.
