Discussion of Franklin Independence Celebration July 2, 2026 to July 5, 2026. a) Entertainment-Bands booked, Other Entertainment, Pickleball Tournament July 3, 2026, Fun Bingo, July 3, 2026, Fun Flicks, July 4, 2026. b) Police, Department of Public Works-level grounds, put up festival banners. c) Parking Passes. d) Food Vendors and Non-Food Vendors. e) T-Shirts for sale at festival. . f) Beer tent beverages. g) Volunteers report on sign-ups for ticket sales and beer sales, Civic Celebration members needed at set-up, Thursday, July 1 , 6:30 p.m. h) Parade, Group to pass out flags, Ice Cream, Tuckaway Golf Carts. i) Carnival, Carnival employee background checks needed. j) Donations and Sponsors update. k) Volunteer Headquarters sign-up. l) Parking Passes. m) Other ideas and suggestions. 4. Adjournment. *Notice is given that a majority of the Common Council may attend this meeting to gather information about an agenda item over which they have decision-making responsibility. This may constitute a meeting of the Common Council per State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, even though the Common Council will not take formal action at this meeting.
