Variance from §15-4-13(D)(4)(b) and (c) of the Unified Development Ordinance to allow for an above ground swimming pool with a setback of 4 feet from the primary structure and a setback of 15 feet from the rear property line, upon property located at 8110 S 57th Street (TKN 806 0108 000). 2. CASE NO. 2026-06: Banach. Variance to allow for a 140 square foot structure with a slab foundation that does not meet the requirements of the Uniform Building Code, upon property located at 12030 W James Avenue (TKN 703 0060 000). 3.
