Review and possible action relating to a Resolution acknowledging filing of Annual Reports and compliance with annual meeting requirement. 6. Review and possible action relating to a Resolution approving the Project Plan Amendment No. 4 of Tax Incremental District No. 11, City of Oak Creek. 7. Review and possible action relating to a Resolution approving the Project Plan Amendment No. 2 of Tax Incremental District No. 12, City of Oak Creek. 8. Review and possible action relating to a Resolution approving the Territory and Project Plan Amendment No. 1 of Tax Incremental District No. 15, City of Oak Creek. 9. Adjournment. The purpose of this meeting is to reconvene the Joint Review Board to review and discuss the TID Annual Reports, the proposed Project Plan Amendment No. 4 for the City of Oak Creek TID No. 11, the proposed Project Plan Amendment No. 2 for the City of Oak Creek TID No. 12, and the proposed Project Plan and Territory Amendment No. 1 for the City of Oak Creek TID No. 15 pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes. A final decision may be made regarding TIDs No. 11, 12 and 15, a resolution may be made, and the municipality will be notified of its decision. This meeting should be concluded in less than 1 hour. The C ity of Oak Creek has contracted with Robert W. Baird & Company to assist in the amendment of the project plans listed above.
