TO BE PUBLISHED AUGUST 19, 2026 OFFICIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REGARDING THE PROPOSED PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 11 AMENDMENT NO. 4, PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 12 AMENDMENT NO. 2, PROJECT PLAN AND TERRITORY SUBTRACTION AND ADDITION FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NUMBER 15 AMENDMENT NO. 1, AND NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REGARDING THE 2025 TID ANNUAL REPORT FOR TID NO. 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 AND 16 IN THE CITY OF OAK CREEK, WISCONSIN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Oak Creek will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on August 25, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of the Oak Creek Civic Center (City Hall), located at 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, Wisconsin 53154. The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to consider approval of the resolutions adopted by the Oak Creek Common Council on August 18, 2026, amending TID 11 and approving its Project Plan, amending TID 12 and approving its Project Plan, and amending TID 15 and approving the amended Project Plan. The meeting is open to the public. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Oak Creek will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on August 25, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of the Oak Creek Civic Center (City Hall), located at 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, Wisconsin 53154. The purpose of this meeting is for the JRB to review the annual report for TID No. 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16. The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the proposed Project Plan Amendments for TIDs 11, 12 and 15, and copies of the TID annual reports are available for review and will be provided upon request through the Community Development Department at the Oak Creek Civic Center (City Hall), 8040 S. 6th Street, Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Any person(s) with questions regarding the proposed Project Plans may call the Community Development Department at (414) 766- 7000.
