The purpose of this meeting is to organize the Joint Review Board to review the proposed Project Plan Amendment #4 for the City of Oak Creek Tax Incremental District No. 11; Project Plan Amendment #2 for TID No. 12; Project Plan Territory Subtraction/Addition Amendment #1 for TID No. 15, pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The City of Oak Creek has contracted with Robert W. Baird & Company to assist in the amendment of the project plan listed above.
