Pledge of Allegiance. City Assessor presents the 2026 Assessor Report to the Board of Review. City Assessor presents the 2026 Assessment Roll to the Board of Review. Consider requests for waiver of Board of Review hearings, requests to testify by telephone or submit sworn written statement, and waivers of the required 48- hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause, if applicable. Conduct scheduled hearings of Objections. City Assessor presents omissions and correction of errors to Board of Review. Schedule meetings for additional objections filed prior to final adjournment of Board of Review Adjournment.
