Motion: Consider a proposal from Warped Dance Company, LLC for an ambient aerial artist to perform in the July 4, 2026 parade and motion for approval to enter into contract. 6. Motion: Consider a proposal from Ideal Magic, LLC, to perform three (3) hours of strolling magic during the July 3, 2026 celebration and fireworks and motion for approval to enter into a contract. 7. Motion: Consider a motion to spend $500.00 to purchase contest participant swag bags and prizes for Red, White, and Roll and the Chalk It Up Challenge. 8. Motion: Consider a motion to spend $1,000.00 to purchase signage and banners for July 3, 2026 and July 4, 2026 events. 9. Motion: Consider a motion to spend $4,000 to purchase giveaway T-shirts and promotional giveaways for the July 4, 2026 parade. 10. Discussion: Update on the Marketing Plan for the July 3, 2026 and July 4, 2026 event activities. 11. Discussion: Update on reserving high school parking lot for July 4, 2026 parade participant parking and drop off. 12.
