Resolution authorizing the use of the Unallocated Capital Equipment Fund for the purchase of handguns for the Police Department. B. Resolution amending the 2026-30 Capital Improvement Plan to reallocate Library funds and use funds from the garbage trucks sale for the Library HVAC Replacement – Furnace/Air Conditioning Project. C. Request by the Fire Chief to accept a FEMA grant for the purchase of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). D. Request by Street Superintendent to purchase a new hood lift truck from RNOW Inc. in the amount of $211,480.50. 8.
