PHEP Program- Applied as lead fiscal agent for a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) extreme heat exercise award and was granted the $25,000 award to do a regional exercise. 2. LEAF Grant- Submitted grant application to Localizing Efforts to Address Falls (LEAF) for $5,000 for Fall Prevention Program. 6. 2027 Proposed Budget 7. Resolution to support sustainable public health funding 8.
