B. Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $1,036,745 Taxable Private LSL Replacement Loan Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2026D, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related financial assistance agreement. C. Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $53,100 Taxable Private LSL Replacement Loan Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2026E, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related financial assistance agreement. D. Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $2,651,227 Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026F, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related financial assistance agreement. E. Consideration of Financial Assistance Agreements with State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Administration for Safe Water Loan Program Projects 4907-15, 4907-16, 4907-18, and 4907-96. F. Consideration of options related to the disposition of outstanding invoice No. 25-00028 issued to Johnson Controls, Inc. in the amount of $4,792.81. G.
