AK Development, LLC G. any other claims received since the last meeting The Committee may convene into closed session regarding these items pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) and (g) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business, whenever competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session and with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. 8.
