Call to order 2. Consent Agenda 1. Minutes from previous meeting. 2. Approval of Water/ Wastewater/Fire Protection adjustments. 3. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. 3. Discussion/motion to approve the replacement of the Lake Drive Lift Station stand by generator. 4. Discussion/motion to approve the purchase of Dupont Memcor membrane filter replacements from FilmTec Corporation in the amount of $286,156.64 5. Discussion/motion to approve the Wastewater 2025 CMAR. 6. Discussion/motion to approve the purchase of an Flowmotion Insertion Electromagnetic flow meter from Mulcahy Shaw in the amount of $5,802. 7. Discussion/motion to approve the repair of the Water Utility fence that was damaged during the April storms by Century Fence in the amount of $4,310. 8. Discussion/motion to recommend the proposed changes to 18.16 of the South Milwaukee municipal code. 9. Discussion regarding 2026 lead service line replacements. 10. Discussion regarding the Hawthorne Ave siphon. 11. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 12. Motion to adjourn.
