Pieper 2) Discussion/possible motion to approve Bucyrus Commons special event rental application for the MixMaster DJ festival event on June 6, 2026. 3) Discussion/possible motion to approve application for Producer Full-Service Retail Sales - Request for Unlimited Transfer Full-Service Retail Outlet by Ope Brewing Company for the Mixmasters MKE event at Bucyrus Commons on June 6, 2026. 4) Discussion/Possible Motion to approve application for temporary extension of license premises by James Moran, Moran’s Pub, 912 Milwaukee Ave., for events on June, 12, 19, 25, and July 19, 2026. 5) Discussion/possible motion to approve a resolution amending the 2026 Administrative Fee Council Agenda – April 21, 2026 2 Schedule related to a street tree removal permit process for the public right-of-way and chipper and loader fees.
