Public Comment Glendale residents, business owners, and property owners are invited to speak to the Council on items that are not on tonight’s agenda but are within the City's ability to regulate or control. 3. Consent Agenda a. Approval: July 2026 Monthly Reports b. Approval: July 27, 2026, Common Council Meeting Minutes c. Approval: Fall 2026 Newsletter 4. Public Hearing a. Review & Possible Action: Ordinance No. 2026-08-01 - Repealing and Replacing 13.1.210 Pertaining to Drive-through Hours of Operation 5. New Business The public may speak to the Council prior to the beginning of deliberations on these items, provided they have notified their respective Alderperson or the Mayor in advance of this meeting. a. Review & Possible Action: Approval - 2026 Rewarding Responder Grant through the WE Energies Foundation to purchase $1,868 in drone equipment. b. Review & Possible Action: Approval — 2027 Budget Schedule c. Review & Possible Action: Authorization to Execute - 2026-2027 School Resource Officer Shared Services Agreement with Nicolet Union High School d. Review & Approval: Authorization to Execute - Extend a Multi-Year Sanitary Sewer Televising Contract with Aqualis, Inc not to exceed $120,757.72 e. Review and Approval: Authorization to Execute - Extend a Multi-Year Storm Sewer Cleaning and Inspection Contract with Globe Contractors, LLC, not to exceed $144,160.90 f. Review and Approval: Authorization to Execute — Award of Floodplain Home Demolition Contract with UJUNKY LLC, not to exceed $42,560 g. Review & Approval: Authorization to Execute - Agreement with Convergint for a new Audio/Video Recording system for the Police Station, City Hall, Public Works, and REM Park, including cloud storage, not to exceed $712,948.48 h. Review & Possible Action: Minor PUD Amendment — WE Energies North Service Center, 5400 North Green Bay Avenue, Tax Key 1959004000 6. Commission, Committee, Board, and Staff Reports This is an Opportunity for Council Members to Report on their Respective Committees, Commissions, Boards of which they serve as a Member and for Staff and Administrator updates. 7. Adjournment The Common Council of Glendale currently holds meetings in person at City Hall, or an alternative physical location as allowed by the City Ordinance. As a courtesy to residents, Council meetings will also be made available live on Zoom virtual platform for viewing and possible participation. However, the City cannot guarantee the technology supporting the virtual viewing option will operate perfectly and continuously. The only way to guarantee the ability to offer public comment, or view the meeting uninterrupted, is to appear in person. If the Zoom platform fails, the meeting will continue as scheduled.
