Franklin, Ald. Schmelzling, Ald. Show Absent: Ald. Vukovic, Ald. Daugherty Other Officials Present: City Clerk Marcy Granger, City Attorney Nathan Bayer 2. New Business The public may speak to the Council prior to the beginning of deliberations on these items, provided they have notified their respective Alderperson or the Mayor in advance of this meeting. Motion by Ald. Shaw, second by Ald. Gelhard to Authorize the execution of a Three-Year Cooperation Agreement with Milwaukee County for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Ayes: Ald. Gelhard, Ald. Franklin, Ald. Schmelzling, Ald. Shaw Noes.: None. Absent :Ald. Vukovic, Ald. Daugherty. Motion passed. a.
