Roll Call Mayor Bryan Kennedy called the Special Common Council Meeting to order at 6:24 PM. Roll Call: Mayor Bryan Kennedy, Ald. Vukovic, Ald. Daugherty, Ald. Gelhard, Ald. Franklin, Ald. Schmelzling, and Ald. Shaw. 2. Closed Session The Common Council will convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(e) to discuss parameters and range for possible salary renegotiation with a municipal official. Ald. Franklin motioned, Ald. Vukovic seconded this motion to convene in closed session per the statutes indicated on the published agenda. Unanimous. The Special Common Council Meeting convened in closed session at 6:25 PM. CLOSED SESSION DISCUSSION OCCURRED. 3. Return to Open Session Ald. Schmelzling motioned, Ald. Franklin seconded this motion to reconvene in open session. Unanimous. The Special Common Council Meeting reconvened in open session at 8:10 PM. City Attorney Nathan Bayer opened the Council Chamber doors. 4. Adjournment Ald. Shaw motioned, Ald. Daugherty seconded this motion to adjourn the Special Common Council Meeting. Unanimous. The Special Common Council Meeting adjourned at 8:11 PM. Abigail Slack Deputy City Clerk
