Village of Shorewood Judiciary, Personal, & Licensing Committee September 9, 2026 Call to Order: Trustee Warren called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm Members Present: Trustees Arndorfer and Stokebrand Members Absent: None Others present: Trustee Couto and President McKaig 1. Consider an ordinance amendment to be drafted to repeal the Parks and Public Spaces Committee and create a Parks Committee and Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Committee. After discussion, Trustee Warren moved to recommend that an ordinance be drafted to repeal the parks and public space committee and create the parks and open spaces committee which will meet every other month or as needed and a pedestrian and bicycle committee which will meet every month each consisting of seven members. Seconded by Trustee Stokebrand. Motion carried 2-0. 2. Consider "Class B" and Class "B" licenses for Jersey Fresh LLC dba Pizzeria Di Lusso, 4511 N Oakland Ave Trustee Stokebrand moved to recommended “Class B” fermented malt beverage and Class “B” intoxicating liquor licenses for Jersey Fresh LLC dba Pizzeria Di Luso located at 4511 N Oakland Ave Shorewood WI 53211 to the full board for approval and consideration on September 21 st, 2026. Seconded by Trustee Warren. 3. Consider Committee Appointments Trustee Stokebrand moved to approve Jeremy Spurgin for the Business Improvement District and Liz Nelson and Paul Rohde for the Design Review Board as presented to the Village Board for approval consideration. Seconded by Trustee Warren. Motion carried 2- 0. Motion to adjourn. Trustee Stokebrand moved to adjourn, and it was seconded by Trustee Warren. The meeting was adjourned at 6:18 pm.
