Mr. Goeke presented the proposed design and indicated that he heard several concerns from staff prior to the meeting including the amount of EIFS. Mr. Eger stated that he was concerned about the EIFS at lower heights on the north and east elevations. He suggested using the same black metal paneling from the west elevation in place of much of the EIFS. A discussion as to height of paneling ensued and it was determined that matching the window height would be best on both elevations. Mr. Lingle asked if the Board was ok with the exterior ladder. Mr. Eger stated that this was concerning due to the visibility towards the new residential building. Mr. Lingel stated that the ladder could be internalized. Mr. Eger stated that there was also concern about the lack of screening of rooftop mechanicals for similar reasons. Mr. Lingle stated that Chipotle could add a screening system. It was consensus of the Board that they would like a screening system added. Mr. Thacker stated that he had concerns regarding the monotonous look of the brick on the main drive-thru elevation. Mr. Lingle suggested that brick pillars could be added to help break up the elevation. Mr. Manley stated that this might be a good solution. Mr. Eger and Mr. Thacker thought it might distract from the modern aesthetic and suggested an expansion of the darker panel that framed the drive-thr ough window. Mr. Lingle stated that he would explore such an expansion. It was consensus of the Board to request a resubmittal of the building plans. VI ADJOURNMENT M r. Eger moved adjournment and M r.
